At The Cruise Maps, we want you to be completely satisfied with your custom nautical wall art. If your map isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a prepaid shipping label and return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Map

  Carefully place the map in its original protective packaging and triangular mailer to ensure it arrives back to our studio without any creases or damage.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
